International orders may incur customs or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We don't offer refunds if you've simply changed your mind, but we're always happy to help you exchange for a different album.

How it works

Email hi@memskeepsake.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the album you'd like instead.
Send your album back to us. You're responsible for return postage and for getting it to us safely. We recommend tracked shipping, as we can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once it arrives and has been checked, we'll send your new album out. A $15 exchange fee covers the cost of shipping it to you.

To be eligible for an exchange

The album must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The adhesive slip on the first page must still be in place. Once it's lifted, the album can't be exchanged. A sticker on the first page explains this, so please make sure you love your album before you peel it back.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your exchange once it arrives. We'll email you when it's done.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
